7 Days Left! Submit Your Project + Demo Video Tips

Hi Hackathon builders,

Just 7 days left until the TiDB Hackathon submission deadline! We’re excited to see all the amazing projects you’ve been building.

While reviewing some early submissions, we noticed that a few demo videos were missing key parts that helped judges understand the project better. To help you, we’ve put together a suggested outline of what a strong demo video could include (this is just a recommendation, not a requirement):

Suggested Demo Video Outline:

1. Introduction: Briefly introduce your team members, your project name, your slogan, and what problem your project solves.
2. Demo Showcase: Walk through your app in action, highlighting its innovative and unique features.It would be great if you could also add a quick 3–5 second snippet showing how you use TiDB.
3. How it works: Show how your project, built on TiDB Cloud Serverless (e.g., Vector Store, Agent Memory, etc.), demonstrates real functionality, innovation, and multi-step automation. Explain how your agent connects different modules into a complete workflow.
